A New Beginning
I was born and raised in Perugia, in the heart of Umbria, where food, nature and tradition are part of everyday life. After living in Los Angeles for many years, I found myself missing the authentic flavors of home — especially truffles.
Truffles USA started as a way to bring those flavors to friends and restaurants in the U.S., and quickly grew into something bigger: a way to share a piece of my region with truffle lovers everywhere.

We work directly with small, family-owned farms in Italy, where truffle hunting and land stewardship have been passed down for generations. Every truffle and truffle product we offer is sourced with care, respecting tradition, quality and the unique character of each season.
