- Black Truffle Sauce

There are a variety of different ways to use this delicious sauce

- Warm it up on a pan on low heat, and spread over toasted bread

- 5% summer truffle (tuber aestivum)
- Champignon mushroom cream
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Anchovies
- Parsley 
- Lemon juice
- Onion
- Capers
- Porcini Mushrooms (boletu edulis)
